Pricing
$300 per hour per photographer, minimum 2 hours, billed by the half hour after minimum. Events over 8 hours please contact us directly to discuss as we strive to adhere to all State and Federal Labor Laws.
Fresh Print Media is insured and will provide all camera and lighting equipment. Props, backdrops, and other requests are available with advance notice at an additional cost.
Same Day Social Media Edits- $150
Our choice of 15 images edited and delivered within 2 hours of event end for same day social media and newsletter usage.
Next Day Delivery- $300
Images edited and delivered by 10am the following day.
On site editor with end of event delivery, archive retrieval, extended hosting- rates depend on availability
Videography add-ons
A few default options listed below, please let us know if you require a custom package for different video formats, additional edits, raw footage, live stream, and more.
a. Sizzle Reel Video aprox 1 Minute (YouTube or Reels aspect) of Event- $300 (footage shot by principle still photographer)
b. Sizzle Reel Video aprox 1 Minute (YouTube or Reels aspect) of Event- starts at $450 (dedicated videographer, more total footage and moments captured)
c. Full event coverage, raw footage or live stream. Cost varies dependent on event run time and availability.
Additional Information
50% non-refundable retainer required to hold dates.
Mileage charged at the current Federal rate for events beyond 25 miles of DTLA.
Shoots outside of the larger Los Angeles area may incur additional travel costs.
Quoted costs are good for 30 days from estimate date.
Licensing includes owned social media and website. Print usage as well as paid advertising (digital or print) must be negotiated separately.
