Our Process
Book your shoot and then we send you a prep sheet about what you’d like to shoot. We review that on a call together, schedule a day to shoot, and you kick back until shoot day! Most clients like to do an introduction to them/their business/their specialty as their first video.
After the Shoot
You can expect three videos and one revision within 7 business days of your shoot date. I include one revision of “universal editing” to make sure we get the tone and feel right. I also include licensing for your use on your owned social and website as well as media opportunities. (Ad campaigns must be discussed separately, but can be done so at any time in the future.)

Nitty Gritty Details
- We come and work in your location, showing your customers the real and authentic company they are investing in. Although it is not included in the cost we are also happy to provide referrals for locations, wardrobe styling, and hair and makeup. Just click below to claim your shoot now!
- Videos should be 1-5 minutes running time after editing and made up of stationary shots unless otherwise discussed and approved. Standard lighting and camera package is included. Up to 4 hours of shoot time on one location is included, all 3 videos must be shot in the same day and time window.
- Video edits include one revision, subsequent revisions will be charged at an hourly cost. Basic titles and lower thirds are included.
- You can choose to use any location, but the cost is not included. Most of our clients use their place of business or home.
- Los Angeles and SoCal dates are open-ended. Travel fees apply to anything in SoCal outside of LA County. Advertised San Francisco/Oakland dates only incur fees for travel outside of those two areas, however, if you wish to schedule a date not advertised it may incur a travel charge from Los Angeles.
- 50% non-refundable retainer required to hold shoot dates.
- Fresh Print Media retains the right to refuse projects that are beyond the parameters of the offer and will refund retainers for any such projects.
